Lisnaskea is past Enniskillen, towards Upper Lough Erne. It is the edge of the area Martin regularly covers, not a town he pretends is around the corner. Allow about an hour from Omagh. A full house, a hall and stairs, a shop, or a place that has been waiting on a decorator willing to come that far is the sort of job that makes the drive sensible. A tiny touch-up may not, and he would rather say so when he replies than book a day that does not work.

The houses are town properties, bungalows, and rural places in the country around Lisnaskea, Donagh and Maguiresbridge. Ground can be wet. The same rule applies as in Ballinamallard: he will not paper a damp wall to make it look finished for a month. If the problem is water getting in, that needs sorting before decorating. He can make good cracks and holes for paint. He does not install damp courses.

Exterior wood and render down here take the same lough weather as Enniskillen, sometimes with fewer neighbours to shelter a gable. Peeling paint gets scraped back. A fresh coat over flakes will not last the winter. If you are pricing a house to sell, or a rental, say which, because the deadline is part of whether he can fit it in.
