Painter and decorator in Dromore, County Tyrone
This is Dromore in Tyrone, the village on the road between Omagh and Irvinestown, not Dromore in County Down.
There are two Dromores that people mix up. This page is the Tyrone village south of Omagh, on the way towards Irvinestown and the Fermanagh road. It is not Dromore near Belfast. If you searched and landed here from County Down, Martin does not cover that side of the province. If you are in the Tyrone village, you are about twenty minutes from his base.
Houses here are main-street properties, semis, and farmhouses just outside. The decorating is often timed around a family event: the stairs and the good room first, then the rest if the quote allows. The failure mode he is asked to fix is a previous job that painted the walls and left the woodwork, so the room still looks half done. Skirting, doors and the rail are part of the conversation, not an optional extra you discover later.
A lot of these houses have been patched. Cracks over doors and nail pops on ceilings are worth filling before the colour goes on, or the new paint draws a line around every old repair. Send a photo of the worst wall if you can. It saves a vague quote.
